Italy Living Consulting LLC, located in Tbilisi, Georgia, respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data on ItalyLiving.org and its partner portals, complying with Georgian data protection laws and GDPR for European users.

Data We Collect
• Personal info: Name, email, phone, payment details for shop purchases, calls, and contracts.
• Usage: IP address, browser info, pages visited.
• Sensitive: Immigration/visa details shared voluntarily for consulting.
• Partner portals: for schools and agencies that work with us, we collect the name, work email and (optionally) phone number of each person who has a partner login.
• Students sent by partners: a student's full name, phone or WhatsApp number and/or email, and optionally their nationality and what and where they want to study. Partners may only send a student's details with that student's agreement.

How We Use Data
• Fulfill services (consulting, shop orders, contracts).
• Communicate updates and marketing (with opt-out).
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Improve Website via analytics.

Partner Portals
Italy Living runs two private pages for partner schools and agencies: a page for sending us students (crm.italyliving.org/partners) and a page for looking up university programmes (programs.italyliving.org/partners). Both need a personal login created by Italy Living.
• We use a student's details only to contact them about studying in Italy and to provide our services.
• A partner sees only the students their own organisation sent us, the step each one has reached, and any note we write for them. Partners never see other partners' students, our internal notes, fees or documents.
• Only Italy Living staff and the partner who sent a student can see that student's details. Access is enforced by our database, not only by the page.
• We keep student and client records for up to 5 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
• Students can ask us at info@italyliving.org to see, correct or delete their details, whichever partner sent them.

Legal Basis
Under Georgian law and GDPR: Consent, contract performance, legitimate interests.

Sharing Data
We share with service providers (e.g., payment processors), legal authorities if required. No sale of data. For EU users, GDPR transfers use standard clauses.

Your Rights
Access, correct, delete data; withdraw consent; GDPR rights like portability. Contact us within 30 days.

Data encrypted; access restricted. No guarantee against breaches.

International Transfers
Italy Living is based in Georgia. Our systems use trusted service providers, including Supabase (database), Netlify (website hosting) and Google (email), whose servers may be outside Georgia. Where data about people in the EU is transferred, we rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
